These are the books that I want to read in December. I decided that I was going to read some Christmas novels considering the fact that the only ones I have read are the children’s A Christmas Carol, The Twelve Days Of Christmas, How The Grinch Stole Christmas and The Night Before Christmas!

Christmas Bliss by Mary Kay Andrews. This book follows three women during Christmas each dealing with a life issue along with the holiday stresses.

The Christmas Town by Donna VanLiere. This is about a young woman, who one night drives around not wanting to go back to her lonely life and witnesses an accident that lands her in a small town where she starts to volunteer and think that maybe she has finally found a home.

Christmas Keepsakes by Donna VanLiere. This is two different books in one. The first one is The Christmas Shoes and it’s about a young boy who is losing his mother to cancer, whose path crosses with an attorney who has lost sight of things that matter, and follows their story and what they learn from each other. The second book is The Christmas Blessing which is about Nathan as a third year medical student and the lessons he learns from a young woman born with a hole in her heart and a young boy named Charlie who teaches him true courage.

A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. This classic doesn’t need explaining. I think everyone knows this story and this month I am FINALLY going to get around to reading it.

Checking It Twice by Melissa Webb. This is a horror Christmas story that shows what happens when you are on the naughty list.

A Christmas Gift by Stella Wilkinson. This is a story about two teenagers, friends in childhood who drink apart as the years go on and how they find their way back to each other one Christmas.

That’s my December TBR. I love Christmas and can’t wait to get into these holiday books. Happy Holidays!

Keep reading…Lola
